NO SNOW EMERGNECY DECLARED; when snow is coming, please remove your vehicles from the streets to make plowing easier, safer, and more efficient. If a SNOW EMERGENGY is declared; once it starts snowing  ALL CARS are to be off the streets until plowing is done or they will be TOWED. Thank you
