Billed quarterly in ( January, April, July and October).  The bills are mailed the first week of the month and are due in 20 days.  Payments may be mailed, paid online (see credit/debit payment information on left), put in the drop box located at the Urberg Avenue entrance or in person at the City Clerk's office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

*Residents moving in, moving out or moving within the City of Blair, are asked to contact the Blair City Clerk's office promptly with phone number and/or address changes.  Thank You!
